My name is Irina. I was born in Russia, grew up in Latvia, but since 2005 living in UK.
I’ve always had pets (cats, dogs, parrots, hamsters, rats, fish..) My first pet was a beautiful tuxedo cat Kuzya (I’ve found him outside as a tiny homeless kitten and brought home, he grew up into a big handsome boy)
Savannahs have a special place in my heart. I’ve seen savannah cat somewhere online around 15 years ago..it was like WOW! One day!)) …10 years later we brought our first savannah at home and fall in love with this breed completely 
My son gave me an idea of breeding “Let’s get a girl -he said..maybe we get lucky and might have kittens one day?” So I’ve done some research on breeding and loved the idea of “working towards improving the breed and being part of that work” ..so in 2017 I’ve got my first breeding queen Zara, in 2018th I became a savannah cat breeder.
I’ve started with 3 queens and 1 boy. First year was a year of intense research and serious studies. I had to learn a lot and I do still learn and research as there’s always something to learn out there.. I had a great mentor (Mandy) who I am thankful because I learned a lot from her.
I love breeding them beautiful cats! Showing is a big part of breeding (at least for an idea of right direction). I do show my cats/kittens and already have got: 2x “Best kitten of the year” , “Regional winners”, “Double Grand Champion” and hoping for more titles in future
I use contacts/health guarantees for new owners of my kittens.
Savannahs are the only cats I breed.
I spend a lot of time talking to people interested in Savannahs. I am happy to help other new breeders and encourage them to focus on good health and quality.
I do mentor a couple of breeders as it is important to share experience.

I am a member of Savannah Cat Association as well as a member of TICA, all our cats and kittens are TICA registered and are high quality.
Our kittens are well socialised as we spend a lot of time with them.
My typical day with cats would be mostly looking after cats (cleaning, scooping, feeding, cuddling and playing with kittens is my favourite part
It takes a lot of my time to care for my cats and kittens as savannahs loves interactions.
My biggest sacrifice I have made to breed Savannah cats is travelling.
