I’m Irina, a TICA-registered Savannah cat breeder based in London and Cambridge. I started in 2018 with three queens and one boy, and today my cats still live with us at home and every kitten is raised with love. Kittens from Kwazulu Savannahs are now loved far beyond the UK, and owners in the USA and France have recently won shows with theirs.
Why families choose Kwazulu Savannahs
- TICA-registered cattery (No. 35336). All of my cats and kittens are registered with TICA, and I am a member of both TICA and the Savannah Cat Association.
- Award-winning cats. Show results include Best Kitten of the Year (twice), Best Savannah of the Year and Double Grand Champion — see the Wall of Glory.
- A small family cattery. I look after every cat and kitten myself: feeding, cleaning, cuddling and playing. Kittens grow up around my family, so they arrive social and people-loving.
- Parents tested genetically, and every kitten leaves with a TICA registration and pedigree certificate.
- Lifetime friendship and support from me, long after your kitten comes home.
Check me out. You can find Kwazulu Savannahs in the official directories: my TICA breeder listing (TICA member since 2018) and the Savannah Cat Association’s list of breeders who have signed its Member Pledge.
What is included with every kitten
- Checked by the vet twice, and fully vaccinated (twice)

- Litter trained, socialised, and good with children and other cats
- 5 weeks’ insurance with Agria
- TICA registration and pedigree certificate
- Advice and information guides, plus a goodie bag with food samples, a fleece blanket and toys
Which Savannah generation is right for you?
You will see Savannahs described as F1, F2, F3 and so on. The F-number shows how many generations a cat is from its African Serval ancestor. F1 to F3 are hybrid “foundation” Savannahs and usually suit experienced owners. From F4, cats can be SBT (Stud Book Traditional): purebred, fully domestic Savannahs with a more predictable, affectionate and family-friendly temperament. Quality breeding matters far more than the number. I explain it all in my guide to Savannah generations, quality and what really matters.

Yes. Every kitten is registered with TICA and goes home with a pedigree certificate. You can see my cattery in TICA’s breeder directory.
